The Executives Club is a Fargo peer group for business owners and leaders who want to grow — by learning from each other, sharing what works, and leaning on people who truly understand what the job demands.

Owning or leading a business sets you apart — from employees, and from people who’ve never had to make payroll, win back a tough customer, or carry the weight of every decision. The Executives Club is a room full of people who get it.
A board of advisors on call
Stuck on a problem? Bring it to the group. Members offer advice, answer questions, suggest solutions, and share resources.
Guest experts when it counts
Our roundtable is the heart of it, with guest presenters — usually from within the group — when someone has something worth teaching.
What’s said here stays here
Confidentiality is the expectation. Members speak openly because they trust the room — that trust is what makes the group valuable.

How a meeting works
An honest, facilitated roundtable.
We meet over lunch for an open, facilitated conversation. A few opening questions get things going, and the group takes it from there — sharing experiences, asking for input, and helping each other think things through.
